    C454 floor finisher paper stuck top

    Hello, does anyone have a tip?
    A customer has a floor finisher on a C454, and paper gets stuck at the top. It appears the rolls can't grab down to the folder. When I lift the top, the paper gets stuck in the same place. I can't see anything obviously wrong. Is it possible that the finisher is misaligned with the printer? See photo, just under the black bar. (Photo not the same finisher)

      A jam code would be very helpful in suggesting any solutions.
      Also, is the gate directing the paper along the correct path?

          There is just a general jam, It appears direct the paper. Thing is I got 3 other finishers with the same problem so I assume its a common problem, unrelated to this machine.

              Go into the service mode, and tell us what the jam code is, it'll probably start with "72"
              Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

                  We've all worked on tons of these finishers, but we really need a jam code to offer useful advice. =^..^=
                  If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                      Sorry just realized it is not KM but Lexmark, XC9235. I do have another finisher on C454 with the exact same problem but now suddenly it works so no error code. I think is had to do with the middle transport rather than the finisher itself.
