I deleted the whole data on the machine, updated Firmware and installed movie data with no luck to the market place.

yeah i did the same then when i attempted to log into marketplace again it said "keys already issued" and didnt log in

as far as I know, you have to use the marketplace installer to remove devices, you'll need the IP, admin password, and the username/account that set it up, then select "Uninstall" marketplace.PNG

the i series supports O365, no app needed.

How do you scan to O365 Sharepoint without app?

you can scan to O365 email but sharepoint is an app by itself afaik
