seriously though, id initialize the machine in service mode, install firmware again and run the calibrations.
thats so far out of an adjustment range i wouldnt even try.
what i would do though is maybe reseat all the ribbon cables to the PRCB and MFPB.

Not just shifted, but it looks compressed as well. Not really sure what to say about that. I assume it happen with everything including prints and copies off the glass (not ADF)?A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 4 years.
