I installed the Fiery USB Setup Tool on a Windows 7 computer. I tried to drag and drop the ISO file into the window and nothing happens. It just says "Please drag and drop the first ISO/folder/DVD The helper tool is version 2.0.36, in case that helps. I also tried opening it from the USB Setup tool. But it still looks like it doesn't register it...

just make sure the switches are in the correct position and disconnect fiery from machine and network. After loading reloading firmware dont forget to set switches back to the pervious settings. Key thing to remember is to be patient . It takes a while for the load to start and you will see it repeat C1,C2,C3. It will continue this cycle for a while and shut down when finished.
The instructions Syntholol posted will guide you on how to do thisComment

I have tried many times to create the USB as directed. After I designate the drive letter of the USB. It asks me if I want to allow the Fiery to make changes to the hard drive. If you say no it cancels. If I say yes, it tells me "Project was not successfully created." Any suggestions. I did burn a couple of DVDs from the iso files. Is there another way to do this?Comment

Yes, I did. I have 8 patches available dating over the last years since 2016 or 2018. Would you recommend applying those? If so, is it best to do so through Command Workstation? And should they be applied one at a time, or just select the list and let CW work through the installation and rebooting process?Comment

Good afternoon Everybody,
I hope you're all doing well.
I have this exact same issue after updates on a IC-418, could I please trouble someone for the Fiery USB Setup tool.exe and the IC418 SystemSW v1.02(E).iso?
I too will be upgrading the HDD to solid state as this seems like a good time for the upgrade.
Any help with this would as always be very much appreciated!
