Hello, thank you all, I am new to the community, my problem with the machine is:
On a vertical letter sheet that is placed in tray 1 and 2, it gets stuck in my fingers of the cylinder, which means that the sheet lifts it, looking with the door open
On a horizontal letter sheet the sheet passes normally but on one side, when I remove both sides the sheet reaches the cash register and gets stuck.

Sorry but it's hard to understand what you posted? "it gets stuck in my fingers of the cylinder"? "sheet reaches the cash register"?

I know copiers are expensive but never saw one with a cash register built in

Perhaps it's a language or translation issue. Once the members here understand your issue better we can help.

I forgot to mention that I changed the transfer crown wire, drum cylinder fingers and registration clutch

have you checked that the 2 cylinders press each other. Perhaps at the side that paper doesn;t exit 2 rollers don't press each other

Yes, sir, the paper does not rise horizontally, the problem is only vertical.
