Re: Unknown error in the machine c250İ
Had this error recently and It seemed like it was because there was an issue with the test pattern on the belt. Turned out to be a faulty Dev unit for us. The dev looked fine but wouldn't appear on the print. Replaced it and the error went and then the machine let me calibrate. So I would check Imaging parts for any issues. -

Re: Unknown error in the machine c250İ
I had this on a BH C360i. Image Stabilization Issue. In my case the Polygone was dirty and it was adding extra write lines, stretching the image and putting the patch out of range. The black developer became undertoned and lost some material. Clean the Polygone and then see if the stabilization completes.Net+ PDI+ @RemoteComment

ive had heaps of problems with the i series tonner hopper. the sensor that flags hoppers fill status pops out so it thinks its full when its not
you can confirm this but physically adding toner to hopper
if tcr goes up you know hopper is problem and its time to remove it and inspect sensor arm. just vac it out then compare it to a colour with the issue so u know how sensor arm should be
just remove output top cover via left cover and 3 screws
remove drums and devs
remove front cover (about 7 screws) and attached doors
remove about 4 screw for hopper
its about 20 mins to removeComment

When you go into service mode do you have any P codes "oil can". I have ran into the blk drum being bad where you will see a mist of toner on the drum when you pull it out. I have heard of some techs having some success running Int/stabilize to get it to work but the easiest and fastest if you have one is to replace the drumPermanently banned from Konica SSD.Comment
