Deep sleep? 1-2 min's isn't excess considering warm-up and stabilization processes on those boxes..

    Regards!

In agreement with copytechman. That isnt a long time. If it causing problems adjust when it goes into sleep mode so it isnt going into sleep mode too soon. max -240 minutes

Service mode -> system 1 -> no sleep

Functions • To display the option of “OFF” for the Sleep Mode Setting screen available from
          Administrator Setting.
Use • To display the option of “OFF” for the Sleep Mode Setting.
          NOTE
          • The sleep mode will begin in 48 hours even if it sets it to “OFF.”
          Setting/
          Procedure
          • The default setting is “Prohibit.”
          Permit “Prohibit”

Also in Admin Mode -> System Settings-> Power Save-> then set to up to 4 Hours (240 minutes). Factory default is 15 or 20 minutes. set a bit longer, like 2 hours is more reasonable. I don't know if I'd want my machine to never turn off. Depends if the customer is a 24/7 operation, or a 9-5, Monday-Friday operation.

              Thanks Copytechman,
              Will try that.
The customer is a 24/7 operation and already set the sleep to 240 min. but they want immediate response from the machine, especially first time in the morning....
