    7165 JAM 92-01

    Got a strange 7165.
    Okay, so it runs great single sided exit face up.
    Try to duplex and/or run face down and it jams in switchback area. Jam 92-01 I believe.
    Strange thing is when you are running in service mode 2 sided test prints it runs great! ?????
    Whats up with that?

              A couple of things to check/change, one way bearings on the front of the fuser attached to the conveying roller (spongy anti curl roller), and the conveying roller itself.. one ways installed backwards can cause jams like that or worn or slipping.. or the turnaround sensor and/or arm.. can fail...
