    C450 DF-601 dog-eared originals when duplexing

Can anyone who had this problem before shed me some light on this one?

I've already dismantled the entire right-side of the DF (exit section) to check all the mylars and everything seems in place.

I'm loosing my mind, really. I need some vacations!

Yep Have one with alot of scans on it. I take off as many covers as I can and start tightening frame screws. seems to be the issue, because it works for a few months then I have to do it again.

Thanks. Done just that, but the machine keeps doing it. At least it's a step forward ever since I cleaned the rollers and the belt - it used to jam a lot.

I'm now feeding heavy paper in hopes that it will straighten out whatever is folding the paper.

I get this problem at times..usually caused by the little mylars getting bent, the ones on the bottom plates.
Please do not PM me without asking first.
