Hello Friends,

I have two 2 machines ( di 2011 ) in my workshop that I couldn't repair yet. both machines have same problem.

Problem ; When I give multiple copies the first 2 pages will come and the 3rd sheet tip can see in the paper exit section and 4th sheet is just taken up AND than stuck. after massage displays ( says 1st right side door is open / Paper jamming ) . I noticed the 3rd sheet is always blank, no image.

I checked paper path for any obstruction and the path is ok.

If you have faced similar problem please let me know how to correct.

I have not heard of a 2011. But if the machine says the door is open, then I would use the I/O check and maybe the door switch needs to be adjusted.

Two ways:
1) Replace take up roller
2) High voltage leakage (damage drum or/and mag. roller seal - drive side)

You can also have the registration clutch going bad.

If the location of the machine is with relatively high humidity, I would blow dry the High Voltage related components.
Also check the drum charge and transfer for any high voltage leakage.
