DF-605 on BH350, exit jam indication

DF-605 on BH350, exit jam indication.

Takes up and ejects original as it should be but indicates afterwards a jam in the exit section of the ADF. This happens with the 1st sheet already.

Replaced exit sensor with flag and cleaned all the other sensors, replaced PWB-A, replaced the coil spring. Problem still exists. Testet the ADF on another machine with same results. Only thing I didn't change yet is the harness. Did I overlook something.......?

Check the ADF empty sensor (PC-5) and if thats not the prob. try reloading the firmware again as I recall there were a couple FW updates that addressed the DF605 and misfeed problems.

Bootlegged or stolen? None of my manuals are either. I get all my K-M manuals from an authorized dealer.

You should try reading them sometimes.
