    FS-6526

Machine will print and copy in color. When put in U410 it only prints the B/W grid and a blank sheet for the color grid. Anyone seen this before?

I have a couple 2626 in the field that will print Status Page and Test Page in BW only. The Test Page even says "Black/Magenta/Green/Cyan" but all just shades of grey. I figured it's a setting somewhere their IT changed but I didn't want to open a can of worms since like you said it copies and prints in color.

Look forward to hear you final answer.

      green? I thought it was:

      Cyan
      Magenta
      Yellow
      blacK

You learn something new every day. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Go to system menu>printer> and set it to color.
          Hope that helps !

It's easier to see a defect in green than it is in yellow. Smart choice on Kyocera's part.

The UV flashlight works just fine for me. But I always did wonder why there wasn't a yellow color sample. Actually Kyoceras yellow looks a lot more like green anyway. =^..^=
