did you tried to print a page without installed main charger?
Full solid image without white lines, it`s coming from laser or mirrors
Full solid image with white lines, it`s coming from DV unit

Sorry for late i drive car all day and did not do anything to repair a machine but I order ipa 99.99% on internet market Thailand and before go to home i try to print reports white line is on paper to.

Thank you all so much for help me and guide. to day i solve a problem with a small paper i take out a develop unit to check a blade but i see a pcb lasor is bend and a lasor head not linear i try to put a small paper under pcb and put develop unit to machine and it work white line on paper is remove.

I'm pretty sure I know the answer but I gotta ask before I make one of these. I like it. Have you ever damaged a doctor blade with the mylar hook?

I tried it on a KM-7002i. I got a fuzzy-ball of what could be carpet lint, but did scratch up the white coated developing roller. Only on Kyocera is that coating so sensitive. A month later I ended up changing that developing unit for a different problem (overtoning). The scratches did not seem to affect the image quality.
