    TASKalfa 5054ci with DF-7100 stapling wrong ??

Have a customer that is having a issue when stapling from their computers. When selecting it to staple the top left it staples at the bottom? Top right then it staples at the bottom as well. You can staple it from the copier and it staples correctly. Yes they are using the KX driver, even deleted it and reloaded it and that did not help. Firmware is up to date but going to do a FULL firmware install tonight and see what happens. Anyone ever have this issue?

Is the problem only from one computer or multiple computers?

          Computers - multiple.

Installed firmware version v.3.13 FULL. Installed v.8.4.1716 driver. No change.

I just tried it on a 3554ci with a DF-7100 that I'm setting up and it selected the correct postitions.
            Hope that helps !

Yes it works OK this way, but it was working the original way and then it stopped?

Our windows did updates over the weekend on our computers at the office and when my boss did printing and stapling our 3252ci with a DF-7100 is doing the same thing. So it must be a windows update that is causing the problem.

****** I Need to verify this to be sure ******************************

Windows Updates causing a Kyocera issue? Nooooo, that doesn't sound anything like March of 2021....
