Perhaps the network isn't setup correctly? If they aren't on the same network, even if you think they are, they won't be able to connect. They need to be on the same wireless network as the MFP.👍 2Comment

If it still does not work setup your phone as a hotspot and connect the copier to your phone with wifi and see if you can see it. Btw you can only have 1 gateway on the machine so make sure you configure that properly if you want the copier to scan to email if your testing that. If DHCP is on you should be fine.
I had a customer running Cisco AP's and they could ping, web browse the copier just fine. It would not print over wireless. Wired devices could print. Dunno what they changed but after months of arguing they finally fixed it.
My old office, you could not airprint to a copier, bonjour was blocked. You can download bonjour browsers on your phone and computer to see if you can see the device.
I had a 3552 in the office, my samsung phone could not print to it, my pixel would. PFM....Evil will always triumph because good is dumb.Comment

Turn on Airprint on the MFP under printer setting in the Command Center. If all they are doing is printing, it is easier from Airprint anyway. Just make sure they are on the same network, to check open browser on the phone and input the IP of the MFP, if it doesn't find the printer, it is not the same network.Comment
