    5002 with multiple CQ issues

was installed 2018 has only around 250k. It really needs an MK. But the customer (a nursing facility with multiple machines) always owes us a ton of money so the office doesn't want to spend money for a kit and is requesting we install "good" used parts. I know it's going to cause issues.
Any suggestions as to which Maintenance modes to run/adjust to get the best possible outcome?

It's B/W, so thankfully it's much cheaper to replace than the Color models. Run the LLU report under MM000, then depending what you see, run MM952 to calibrate it. Any samples?

I would run the adjustments in right order
      110,158,122,167,930,474,119,140,464,412,464,410,00 0
U110-U167 for checking correct reading from counters
U930 must be set to same value as U110
U474/ laser cleaning before running any adjustments
U119 and later for correct adjustments.
      Good luck

I would vacuum the hell out of the machine paying particular attention to the drum unit where the blank lamps are located. Many times I found techs in a hurry overlooking this.

looks like broken drum scraper and wrong high voltages for dk and/ or dv.
after assembling from used units you has to run the adjustments.
But i forgot 1 point, after first time running U464 and before U412 you has to run U469/ Belt Initialize.

Looks like, among other things, they put a used waste toner bottle in the new toner receptacle. Always causes issues like background. Can you check the toner log in KFS?

With 250k pages, it shouldn't need a maintenance kit. Really the only thing would possibly be a DV unit from oxidation of the DV. None of the other parts wear out based on time. You could have a drum blade not cleaning, but that's pretty rare.
                Hope that helps !

I apologize for not updating sooner. The bottom line is we installed the full maintenance kit, and the problems are resolved. It probably only need a developer unit and transfer belt
