More than likely you'll need the waste toner bottle unit, the waste toner sending unit & the feed drive unit. It's a good couple of hours if you've never done it before. Then tell them to get a full set of OEM toner and replace them all. It happens a lot less frequently with OEM toner, but it does.
    Hope that helps !

I have also seen the drum cleaning assembly seized along with the above mentioned items.

Its not too hard to remove the waste toner bottle. Its mostly all about removing Drive Section 1.

Message me your email address and I'll send you the manuals.

Check the transfer belt as well for lock up.

The white gear drive breaks on the transfer belt cleaner. It will just rotate on the shaft and not spin the auger. In A pinch super glue works.

If all else fails read the Service Manual!

If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it.

Our shop has seen a fair share of these on low volume machines and we have started turning on the drum heater and have yet to replace one for the last year after changing that setting.
