please don't remind me of the Falcon series
Lauch was in 2005 and I got a lot of gray hair from it.
The Hornet 3/ FS-9530DN, on the other hand, was a workhorse.
5 million pages were no problem with good maintenance

Credit goes to KYO_OEM. I literally took a screen shot of his photo and re-posted it.
This sort of issue is very old, ... all the way back to Falcon1, Falcon2, and Falcon3. Especially, immediately after changing a drum unit. The coupler seizes in one position, and cannot mate to the new drum unit. On the Falcon series, at a drum replacement I would put a couple drops of oil on the coupler and worked it in and out a few times to make sure it could move.
Congratulations on your success!!👍 4Leave a comment:

not needed, entrance from the front.
Couplers are no component from main drive unit.
After you removed all 4 drums, dv units and transfer belt, you`ll see all 4 drum couplings.
Use grease for all 4 coupler and after reassemble from all parts, system will work.👍 2Leave a comment:

When inserting the drum and developing unit make sure are you are fully engaging the lock shaft on the developing unit. Otherwise you will not get color for that unit.Leave a comment:

Where is that? Is it in the printer or in the drum? I've checked the drive dog from the drum. It seems to be fine. It works in another printer as well. I may not understand what that part is "springs for coupling" in this case. I'm not a native English speaker.Leave a comment:

Doing test, I pull out the cyan drum and the pull in without touching it. It makes the noise when it is properly installed. It aligns it perfect as the other. But no yellow and no cyan printing.
