I am curious does anyone have permanent solution for replace toner message on device after toner has been replaced. But problem is somewhere in interlock switch because after front door and side door reseated problem is gone. I think i saw service bulletin in the past to change mount interlock and arm interlock but now i cant find anything about it in Kyocera extranet.
I have lots of customers that change toner by them selfs and every often they got this message and they are bit annoyed by that. Did anyone find workaround maybe?
