    kyocera 2552ci print issue

Hello, I'm writing this topic about a few issues with my kyocera 2552ci.
From today the prints are as in my attachment, I already did drum and developer cleanind (the image 2.jpg is after the cleaning). I'm thinkign it may be the drum, since the printer has 160k copies and it's all original.
Also, from a couple of months there are also black or colored dots (mainly black) on the prints. The dots are 3.8 cm (1.5 in) apart horizontally, and 6.2 cm (2.4 in) vertically. Usually there are 1 or 2 lines of dots, sometimes more. I did some research and comparison with issue charts, maybe charge rollers?

What parts do I need to fix the printer? It's possible to follow some guides and videos and replace the components or it's better to call an expert?

    Thanks!

Go to maintenance menu (1087 1087) and print LLU report (000).

First I'd swap black drum unit with other color and see what changes.

Black DV needs replaced, start there. Could be black drum causing dots, but hard to tell.

Your developer is low, likely due to leaking thru the seal nearest the gear visible at the front. If you slide the developer unit out an inch or so, have a look at the gear on the end. It should be clean and white. If it’s dirty and black, that’s where your developer has gone. This also wears out the spacer roller and the eventual consequence is it destroys the drum as well. Yes, the spots are the main charge roller, but with 160k on the drum and the likelihood of your dev unit causing excessive wear, I’d replace drum and dev assemblies.
            DK-8350 and DV8350.

Definitely change them as a pair and vacuum out the DV that has spilled down.

That drum in the sample has been pulling DV causing the tiger stripe pattern on the mag roller.

Ive never figured out who kills who. We have had cases were the DV brush looks fine but the drum has a bad wear mark near the front frame. We change the drum and that new drum dies the same way. If you gently run your finger over the mag roller you will feel a bump near the front frame side. You can push the brush away and find matted down DV that lines up with the wear mark on the drum. The DV is kind of raised and stuck to the mag roller but you can push it off with a little more force.

Nice to see U000 like this one.
too much bad data to comment all fault data
I agree with previous guys, exchange from bk dv + dk needed at once, but belt also needed.
See U465/stress values for the reason. (90 means end of belt surface)
If you have time, newest fw also needed.
why you removed parts with plugged in power plug on 18/08/2025? >> C7200
                last question for bk toner:
toner log on event log >>
                line 2 >> last 3 digits for bk >> 436 at 22732 pages
                line 4 >> same 3 digits >> 436 at 46439 pages
line 15 >> next bk toner replacement at 141557 pages
This means nearby 120k with toner serial xxxxxxxx436???
System don't lie, mostly problem is in front of the system..

Do dev and drum (DV8350, DK8350) together definitely seen leakage of dev from the front of the K units in particular, best changed as a set if dev is acting up, the LLU samples were perfect to show the failure in the K units.

                  Regards!
