That's it, the assembly, and it's been updated a dozen times. Will they get all the bugs out of it? I suspect yes, eventually. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
Once the rust runs out, c6600 'low rust level' is achieved.
I tore a rusty one down, it was the bearings spinning on the shaft of the press roller, grinding it down and creating the rust, mixed with the dried grease from inside the sealed bearing units.
Too bad they are press-fit and with only a clip to keep them located longitudinally. I'm sure the temperature swings work against keeping the inner-race seated on the plain shaft allowing them to spin, but then again the bearings are overheated and dried out anyhow. lots of design issues regarding that...
