Kyocera TA 4551ci - dots on printing

    Hello everybody,
I have a Kyocera TA 4551ci which prints black and yellow dots on the sheet. I tried taking the drum apart and cleaning everything up but the result didn't change. Do you think the two color drum unit needs to be replaced?
I attach a copy of a blank sheet.
    Thanks

Agree with Todd. To be sure, you need to measure between the dots. Your service manual has a chart that will tell you which part is the culprit.

You'll get 37.5mm intervals for the primary charge rollers. Once it starts doing this, it's pointless to clean the charge rollers.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
