    Kyocera 3553ci smearing on magenta

Tech is having trouble finding the cause. The firmware is up to date. He cleaned the machine, replaced the drum and developing unit for the magenta and still it smears just on the magenta. Life count 621137.
    OEM toner

    Thanks Guys

Do you have the U089 single color M printout? I'm interested to see if anything repeats.

That looks like the developing spacers ... magenta developing roller arcing to the magenta drum. Does it only appear in areas of fill over 65%? Does it look like this (this sample was black, but the same principle)?:

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Dev spacer will do that. You sure the developer was replaced with a new complete unit?

Yes both the developing unit and the drum were replaced with new OEM units.

Again, do they repeat and at what intervals?

DV + DK are new (visible by SNs) DV -->FR10333xxxxx/ DK--->FR50235xxxxx
                What`s behind U110 and U120?
Does both points would set to "0" by the system or did he mount the units by plugged in power plug and there are still old values visible?
Did he run all needed adjustments in the right way?

If assembled/ adjusted in the right way, maybe your main hv pwb can be related., have seen similar prints several times.
You has to mount new pwb and running from all adjustments again.
