I don`t think so!
1 laser unit for BK and magenta and 1 unit for cyan and yellow are installed in the system.
System can adjust the values readed by the calibration patches up to 255 (internal hidden value)
Now your readed values are >255 and system can`t adjust anymore.
Maybe in your case for cyan and yellow only.....
By the reset FW all values would set to "0" again and after calibration and registration adjustment they are back for any further internal adjustment....
But you can spend more time and money for 2 laser units, feel free to do it.
If the belt will be the reason, you will get misregistration in running direction only

no, I have another machine from which to take the parts, in fact I tried the laser, and that wasn't the problem, now only the main board remains, I already updated the firmware yesterday, by reset do you mean that?

Are you saying you are not sure how to do the colour registration? Colour Registration.pdf

Have you checked the pattern on the transfer belt at startup? Appear once normal, twice, replace the TB.

If TB okay, Do the "adjustment" firmware, reboot and update to latest engine fw. Reboot and then perform colour registration again.

[SOLVED] I replaced the engine board, the one on the left looking from the front, and fixed the serial number, now it works ok.I struggled a bit, because I usually repair Ricoh

New engine pwb, no more bad color registration data ---> you can solve problems like this by exchange from pwbs, but faster, easier and cheaper would be the data reset by this special engine reset fw.
10 minutes ---> done!
For this very old system i won`t spend so much time....

hi, it was really broken, more than 2 cm out of registration, I dismantled it from a scrap machine...now print very well

2-3 cm and more, of color registration gap, you does not recover them with manual adjustments, the engine board its failed...it happens!....
we had to fix it with maximum speed!.. the customer has bought the new maintenance kit at the same time... then I did not go to do the intervention, I repaired it in the laboratory, and that's it, it was not clear if the problem did it even before.... luck that the company we bought, had in the laboratory a similar model, to throw away, then as I said, I repair ricoh, those few kyocera that we inherited have not had serious problem, I have always managed to fix them on site, most time only cleaning them

That's what the reset firmware is for. You do need to figure out why it is losing registration. The majority of the time it is the primary transfer belt or a DV unit that is light. When the machine calibrates itself, it cannot read the registration marks on the belt and throws itself out of registration. The engine PWB just reset the default base registration. More than likely when it calibrates on it's own, the registration will be off.
