Did anyone take the Kyocera service award competition

Did anyone take the Kyocera service award competition Test ? I took it , I got a 65% not a easy test.

My buddy who works for a dealer in California told me that, a dealer in Chicago
Has five techs from the same dealer ship going to the semi finials as they
Cheated on the test. I am sure Kyocera will scrap or change the program next year if ,
    Its all being manipulated.

The test posted now is 2024. So maybe I missed 2023?

I got 82% a few years ago which got me to the in-person semi finals. That tells you, yes it's very hard. 82 barely above a C+.

I was told five techs from the same dealership are in the semi finals, I think next week.

If it's Chicago, it's probably Impact.

IMO it would be an extremely rare feat to have multiple finalists unless it's a really large dealership.
              Hope that helps !

We have two techs from our dealership come first and second over a three year period here in Aus.
They said it would be the trip of a lifetime. I can definitely agree with that statement as we were treated like kings!
Absolutely worth giving it your best shot!

I'm sure that's how they're accomplishing it. I'm scared by a lot of the techs I attend classes with, that they're out in the field.
                    Hope that helps !

Did anyone take the service ward test this year ? I got a 60% this year worse than I did last year, but at least I didn't cheat on the test, but maybe I should have

Got a 72. Better than I thought I'd do. Now if they could just get rid of that timer, I'd be good.

I’m embarrassed to say I only got a 66. I agree with NCCopierTech. Now if they could just get rid of that timer, I'd be good
