We've had real issues with this model with the transfer cleaning section, it either seems to block up with toner which rounds off the shaft the driver gear sits or or the shaft rounds off first which then results in the cleaning unit blocking up. Has there been any technical bulletin or updates to sort this out. We are using genuine toner and firmware is updated, but this problem keeps happening.
