hello i have a problem when i make a copy in colour mode i have a background and image is darker.
if i make a copy in b/w mode i haven't problem. In print mode the colour print is good.
it's only necessary adjusting scanner autom. with special test or is possible another solution?

    thanks

Here is Kyocera's fix. It has worked for me:

    1) Update firmware
    2) Reset any attempted compensating adjustments back to default
    3) U325 Set Paper Interval, set from Mode1 (default) to Mode4
    4) U059 Set Fan Mode, set from Mode2 (default) to Mode3
    5) Perform Developer Refresh in System Menu, Adjustments
    6) Perform Color Calibration in System Menu, Adjustments
    7) U410 Half-Tone auto adjust
    8) only if fill exceeds 85%: U464 PrintRate (B&W), set from 50 (default) to 100

You're going to notice increased fan noise and for longer time cycles =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Hi,
first of all clean optics, completely.
with the test chart 2FZ56990 in sim 425 put in all the values.
preform sim 411, ccd, put test card on glass, select all, if ok => all complete.
with chart 2ac68242, you do the dp face up. => ok.
      preform sim 410.
      finished Power off/on machine.
      should be solved.
      good luck
