I haven't been to the machine yet (70 miles away), but the customer says it won't go past the please wait screen on warm up. Cycling machine off and on don't help. Had a full pm within the last month. Any helpful ideas before I go out tomorrow? Thanks. I work mostly on Sharp and only have a few Kyoceras in the field so I don't see them that much. Thanks again.

The handful of "Please Wait" problems I've seen have been something weird with the fuser.
Is there a fax option in it? They should try unplugging it from the wall to really reset it. -
I second the fuser. I had a 3035 that would not come to Ready. So I went to MM and Forced Stabilization. The machine went to Ready after that, but was fusing without heat. Replaced the fuser, problem went away.Comment

I had a C3232 that was a constant please wait. On a whim I unplugged the adf and it came to ready. New adf harness fixed it.Comment
