A lot of this information is obsolete (analog).

On digital MFPs, black copies almost always means main charge loss. The HVT can shut down for any number of reasons, including shorted main, transfer, pre-transfer, developing bias, and fuser bias. Xenon & fluorescent lamps last considerably longer than than halogen lamps, and are a distant second.

Likewise, blank copies are usually transfer charge or developing issues.

Main charge height is rarely adjustable any more, again analog.

This is a great list for analog, but needs considerable reworking for digital.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
