    [Error Code] TA 250ci E2770 error

    Hi All,

    Little stumped here, We have a customer with a TA 250ci that has thrown an E code. E2770. Now we are Not Kyocera trained, Ricoh yes, but I cannot find this error code on the KYO site or in the service manual.

    Any help would be appreciated.

      If machine firmware is not current it may give wrong error codes.

              Look again, it is throwing a different code.

                  Hi All,

                  I was not the one to go to the unit, It was another tech, He emailed me the code and It was C2770, Transfer belt skew. Ok I know, it happen, Thanks for all your help anyway.

                      If you've got a C2770 you don't have a Saturn. That code didn't exist yet. You've got an Alphard I or Alphard II, probably a Venus. =^..^=
                      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                          Hi Blackcat,

                          In the service manual for the TA 250ci it shows that code, C2770 and is a transfer belt skew. It was do for a MK 865 A kit on the unit and when we did it the unit came back to life no issues.

                              Hi,

                              did some Research.

                              In the Service Manual from Ta 250ci, there's no E2770 Error been noticed.
                              "blackcat4866" was right on this. It might be the Zeus Series.

                              Checked the Service Manual from TA 6500i.
                              Here's what i found:

                                  I looked again, I found that my service manual, 3 ring binder type, has had some pages removed and replaced. The series numbers for the manuals are not the same on the top of the pages. ERRRRFFFFF!!!!
                                  Got to keep my associates out of my stuff.

                                  Anyhow. the MK A kit resolved the issue. Unit is up and running.

                                  I hate it when people misuse my stuff, now I have to look through all my manuals and see what pages are not correct.

                                      I cant find anything for the 250ci but here is the same code for the 3050ci...
