Inside in the fuser PRESSURE ROLLER (AE020204) -> ball bearing (AE030056) if you have a bad ball bearing the paper move too slow and your sensor detect time out.

How can you give a solution without first reading the posters issue!?

              Hi all

Went back to this machine this morning and removed the rear area. Found a lot of loose cyan toner. The problem was the main drive unit. The belt that drives the itb unit fell off. It came off because the plastic free wheeling pulley that puts tension on the belt was worn so bad the belt falls off. Hope you can make sense of this. Ordering new main drive unit. Having problems uploading pics. Email me if you need pics

If you found the cyan toner you need to "cut the sponge" in the hooper first and you can clean up the main drive unit.
I make this 2 times for now and i not changed the drive unit, i just clean up the electomagnetic clutch-es from the main drive unit.
