The machines can now actually do this themselves. SP5866. Set destination 1 to the email address you want to send it to, the date to 1 and the time to 12pm. Obviously GW scan to email has to be set up for this to work.

Yes, u are right!, but only for newer model with GW. But this program can use for older model and can gather info like toner , printer status , as long as u can get Ricoh OID.

hi tonermunkeh, I take this opportunity to ask something about sp 5-866 ... I tried on a 2003, I entered all the parameters following the guides of the various discussions here on the forum, only when I try with sp 5-866-112 ( test), it instantly returns "failed" the scan to mail works perfectly, you have some idea of what might be missing to make it work???...

Would suggest you look into a software solution such as printtracker meter reading software that can be emailed to customer or tech installed.

Much less wasted time service calls for meter reads or meter read problems.

Auto specified sender has to be on in the file transfer mode. SP 5866-110 set to 1 first and then power off. Power back on and then set your other settings and run a test. The key here is to power off completely before you run the test.
