MP7502 LCT not finishing the supply

THe LCT Drawer on this 7502 has stopped running the peper all the way out, it starts jamming at about a quarter inch left to go, we refill it, then it runs no problems, is there an adjustment? thats come loose, or a sensor?
i cant seem to find any adjustment,, ive benn working on these type of machines for a long time, this is the first ive had one not go to empty

Is the plate lifting evenly?
Check the cables at the front and the rear that lift the cables...I've had them where one side lifts at different height to the other and makes the plate slightly crooked.

Might want to change the paper feed and sep rollers as well.

all feed tires, sep roller are new, ive even replaced the pick up mechanism with a very new one, im having the clien keep an eye on the tray to see if its not level when this occurs again,

Try swapping feed units for a test.

Sorry, I'm not sure where to find that, I looked in sc7504, but it's just a total, please tell me where those are located, it's not in the sc section where the other codes are listed , such as " latest"
1,2,3,4 etc...

Print the SMC report and read it.

SP mode 5-990-4 look for jam history. Sounds like tray is not level.
