    MPC2503 Update Firmware

Hi, i'm asking on method on how to update firmware. The customer update firmware and while machine updating, they turn off the machine. When they turn on the machine again, SC899 appear. I try update firmware again using SD Card at slot 2 at controller board, it just can't. When press execute, machine will beep after few second and nothing fall. Also try ricoh firmware update tool, it go 100% and show error as result. I try with other NV-Ram, still same.

is there any way to update/restore firmware on the controller.

SC899 is usually caused by a corrupt print job.

Power off the Ricoh, unplug the LAN cable then try updating the firmware via SD card again.

While the device is updating delete any print jobs in the queue of any PCs on the network.
