    MP C2003 Test Pattern Failed

    Hi guys.

I have a small problem with the Ricoh MP C2003.
When printing Test Pattern SP-1-103-002 it should look like this:
I touch execute, the printout comes out and a small white Complete and Exit window appears
The device I am currently testing, when I touch Execute, a small white window immediately appears. Failed and Exit, of course, no printing.
When I try to print SP-1-103-001 it takes about 7 seconds and also Failed and Exit.
There is paper in all 4 drawers and in the manual feeder. A4, A4R, A3. The device does not show any errors. I can copy in black and color, I can even print a test in user settings > maintenance > color calibration > copier function. Very nice print.
The problem is that I need a Test Pattern printout for a client.
I did Initialize All Settings & Addr Book SP-5-846-046, set new passwords but it still doesn't print my test

    Any ideas ?
    Reards.

not sure if we facing the same problem
but in my case, the test pattern failed and also force line adjustment cannot be done
I did swap the whole ITB unit and the issue is gone

clean optic and id sensor inside the machine
you must see sp 3-012 "ProCon ok?" display the result, if all 1111111 its ok, instead one of bit its different from 1 there is a error with that color.
anyway you have easily some pcu strongly worn.

      3012
      [ProCon OK?]
2 cifre per colore da sinistra, nell'ordine YMCK

*read the chapter in the maintenance manual sp
      "I'll be back"

Hello and thank you all for your help.
Of course I checked ProCon ok? and all results were good. I also did the ProCon 1-5 test. All tests successfully.
I may not have much experience with Ricoh, but I do have experience with photocopiers in general.
The device has about 15,000 prints, the test I printed in user settings > maintenance > color calibration > copier function is very nice, gradation ok, saturation ok, all colors in the x and y axis. My intuition told me that it was something in the administrator or other settings that was blocking the printing of the test. I made SP-5-846-046 again and additionally from SP-5-801-003 to SP-5-801-025 (only available functions). After this reset, it prints the test pattern ")
        Thank you again.
I have another problem, this time with MP C3004.
        I will write another Topic.

firmware update? why would you initialize the address book in order to get a test print? or did anything with passwords? that has nothing to do with printing a test pattern in SP mode. i got into SP 2###-## mode. and that is where i find the test pattern print.

Based on the thread he started today, I have a feeling that he or someone else who works with him has been dicking around where they shouldn't and have screwed the pooch.
