I have a Ricoh mp5054 printer and I have a problem with lines on the paper and very dirty printing. I changed the OPC, the cleaner and the charging roll, but it did not solve it. I also replaced the entire DRAM unit with a new one and the same problem.

did you change the developer? did you do the parts initiation?
can you describe exactly all the parts you replaced and the procedures you followed?
anyway, it could be the old type frame that gives problems, it was replaced with ricoh code M0AN2302."loneliness is an invention of the white man, when we are alone we talk to everything around us, we are never alone" (Ojibwa)👍 3 -
I don't understand well, did you replace the DRAM memory on the controller? What does it have to do with that problem?

I can not understand why people take cell phone pictures when they have a full page scanner right there in front of them. A hell of a lot more can be seen on a full page scan than on a stupid picture. From what little I can see in your picture, you have one of two potential problems, possibly both. A PTR that needs to be replaced or a hot roller that needs to be replaced.😂 2👍 1Comment
