Print quality? Replace the cleaning unit (and not only) at the end of its life according to the PM counter, do not use cheap / recycled paper ...

Horizontal and vertical refer to the ways a picture can be hung on the wall! Are the scratches in the direction of paper travel or perpendicular to the direction?

was the belt recently replaced? looks like it wasn't in the proper position. and was raised a bit when it was slid back into the copier. which could lead to it getting scratched. then again it could have been the customer messing with it as well.

Was the black PCDU removed when the transfer roller handle was still up?

These are scratches and marks caused by the user or by incorrect assembly or disassembly of the parts around it.

how would it be from the user?and abount the re-assembly please aware that i went step by step with the service manual, however i think it comes when i pull the pcdu out and insert it back perhaps that was the issue but i don't have a prove or at least can't see what happens inside

Well I think that anyone who has experienced the user putting his hand inside the machines either to clean with paper or rags thinking of solving problems of dirt on the copies or to remove jammed paper with unsuitable objects
