[Error Code] Ricoh Pro C7100 Error Code SC202-01

    Hi everyone,
We recently purchased a used Ricoh Pro C7100, and I’ve just finished assembling it. However, when I power it on, I’m getting the following error: SC202-01.

From what I can gather in the manual, this refers to:
SC202-01 – Polygon Motor: ON Timeout Error (Bk)

I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me understand what might be causing this or point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions!

    Best regards,
    Sebastian Markussen

Check fuse FU3 on PSU2. If it's ok, check the fuses on each power supply.

        Hi Davel,

Thanks for the suggestion. I’ve been looking through the manual, and from what I can see, it’s number 12 that needs to be replaced — is that correct?
If so, I can't quite figure out from the manual the best way to access the motor. Is it from the front of the printer or the back?

          Hi anothertech,

Yesterday I tried to replace the FU3 fuse, but had no luck. I'll try going through the other fuses as well. Thanks!

Try swapping the mirror motor with one of the other mirror motors, if they are the same part number. Got to go down through the top to get at them.

Hey, I thought you were going to swap it with the other one to troubleshoot?
