    MP 2055/2555/3055/3555/4055/5055/6055 firmware needs

    Hi fellow technicians ,
    I am technician who lives in Toronto but sadly i dont have access to tsrc website to download 5series firmware.
    Does anybody can help with this matter?

      reach out to ricoh so they can get you access to the tsrc website? plus use the tool

          Lots of options......Run a manual update in SP mode, OR set machines to auto update in SP mode, or, yes, use the FREE tool as suggested.
          No TSRC access required

            But I want to change nvram.because the m1 is corrupted. Is it possible using sp mode? If yes, please somebody gives me an instruction.

              That's not an NV Ram issue, and I don't understand why you think f/w will help.
              this code has been covered in countless threads on here and I don't believe firmware has ever resolved it.
              It's almost assuredly a failed controller.
              I Had this exact SC on this exact model just 2 weeks ago

                The service manual has an entire section on troubleshooting Sc672. Firmware will not repair a defective controller board.

                  Try a firmware update via SD card if the update doesn't start you will have to replace the controller board.

                  We can supply the fw if you wanted to give this a try.

                      Fyi my idiot colleague inserted m1 ic backward. So it heats a lot and im sure it is defected. And after this procedure this code has been appeared
