in copy mode it works fine. The copy does not go to duplex.

100% this is driver setting issue. Figure it out. You're missing something. It's not the machine.

And what about kind of driver/connection? WSD install is always bad.
Use appropriate Ricoh driver for model and connectivity.

It's not driver , I checked everything in detail and I'm using PCL 6 for a very long time so I'm pretty sure it's not driver

connection is by IP adresss i'ts not by WSD Port and driver is PCL 6 from ricoh page

It's not driver , I checked everything in detail and I'm using PCL 6 for a very long time so I'm pretty sure it's not driver

Try removing the driver....and entire driver package. Reinstall, and reconfigure.
The issue is on the PC end.
Have you tried another PC/ laptop or even your phone?
Heck, even Try a totally different driver. For example, PCL5c or even one for another machine like MP C305 or C306 (It's all PCL after-all)

I tried from another computer , even with another O.S. ( win 7 and win 8 )again the same , problem is there.I like the idea of an older driver and mobile aplication . I'm gona test it on monday olso I'm going to try with universal driver or maybe to see if there some firmweare update
