Hi,
I'm a printer technician who is used to Xerox printers and there is a feature on some of those machines called Component Control - it allows you to switch on specific parts of the machine for troubleshooting i.e. switching on a motor.
I am working on a Ricoh MP C3004ex and there is a squeaking sound coming from the right side of the machine. Is there a way to troubleshoot exactly where the squeaking is coming from?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
