    Ricoh af-3260 sc*543

I have already replaced hot roller thermistor assy and tomorrow i will replace fuder harness from PSU to fuser module as a Ricoh bulletin suggests for some SC-xxx codes.
This code appears randomly after a complete print or copy job.
Does anyone have faced the same issue?
    Thanks for any input!!

Make sure that you are running at least engine firmware 1.20.2.08:

    1.20.2:08
    Symptom corrected:

1.Poor fusing sometimes occurs when the PS printer driver or EFI PS printer driver is used.
Note: See RTB #RB132020a for the procedure.

Important: To apply this change, install the following firmware:
    - Engine v1.20.2:08 (B1325402Q) or newer, AND
    - System/Copy v1.23.1 (B1325750M) or newer.

    2. SC543 sometimes occurs if the bypass tray runs out of paper.
Note: When using System_Copy versions v1.21 or older, this SC was incorrectly displayed as SC992.

Important: To apply this change, install the following firmware:
    - Engine v1.20.2:08 (B1325402Q) or newer, AND
    - System/Copy v1.22 or newer.
    the newest version is: 1.23.0.08

    good luck

It is running the latest firmware version : 1.23.0.08. i confirm. (By the way, there is no luck in this job, just revenge from the beasts!!)
I replaced the fuser harness today without success, heaters, thermostats checked by ohmmeter, ventilation fans and filters...
Thank a lot for your reply!

ok, lets try to get logical
error 543 means, that there is a massive temperature rising wihtin 1 second, so you can exclude everything which leads to an interruption of wires because this will lead to undertemperature errors, not overtemperature. I would check the wiring at the backside of the mashine, beginning from the fuser connector up to the bicu and search for shortcuts against the frame at next.

        Give it a try
