salve vorrei sapere se vi e' capitato mai che quando faccio la fotocopia ha la stampa anche in fronte retro il foglio esce stopicciato e si inceppa. il forno e' stato cambiato anche se la maccina ha 30.000copie .
il foglio si blocca appene che supera le unghiette all'uscita del forno . questo problema a volte me lo fa anche dopo 20-30-fotocopie continue e anche nelle ricoh 1018.2018 .

Sounds like he is having fuser jams in a Ricoh 1018. Check your fuser gates, the duplex inverter. Clean the picker fingers.
