    [CQ] MP201spf Scanning Issue

    Hi Everyone,

When scanning 2 originals through the ADF, part of the 1st page image is copied onto the 2nd page, it happens intermittently and never on the main scan glass or when printing. It will also sometimes print horizontal digitized scan lines at the bottom of the 2nd page. Has anyone ever experienced this?

I can try that, but that should affect copying from the main scan glass as well shouldn't it? It only happens when I use the doc feeder.

It sounds like it might be reading the original size incorrectly when using the ADF. Make sure all the sensors are clean and the ADF rubber is fresh, as well as the reverse roller and torque limiter. Also be sure the firmware is current.

            Hi,

Did you ever get this issue sorted?

We are having the same problem on a MP201SPF and can't seem to find the cause...

            Please let me know.

            Thanks
