    Hi there!
Comes the problem really from the fuser? I would take a closer look at the paper-exit-section, they are allways good for some "fun". Best to build it out of the machine and check axis, bushings, guides....
    Greetings...

can you maybe upload a photo of a sample creased copy? Are there any tears or folds in the page other than the creases?

          hi zeldaman,

the creasing is only at the fuser level be it single or double sided copyiing.

Check the discharge plate on the PTR assy. I've had bent fingers cause creases & wrinkles that looked exactly like a fuser problem. I just remove it.

Something about the 02 series. It's the only one I've had this problem with, not to mention noise & jams.
(sorry I don't work on this model, but I'm assuming it's similar to the c5502)

Had a similar problem, indeed caused by the PTR. Cleaned rollers and all good now

Well, I just thought a feedback is always welcomed, even after 10 years. Might help someone, as it helped me

En la misma unidad de transferencia de separación verás una hoja con agujas, si están levantadas querrás arrugar y ondular el papel y peor si es el barato.

alisarlas o cambiar la pieza .

Might be pressure roller bearing. This model, the bearing on pressure roller is fixed. If you can't remove it, it already loose and bad.
