I'd take a look at the drive coupler in the back of the machine. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Make sure the coupler moves in and out freely. Just saw a bulletin for the 6555 on this problem, says the coupler might swell and stick and not mate with the cartridge. Hope this helps. Regards... Jeff M.

Yeah, I just saw that same bulletin. Apparently, like the Sharp AR-160, the plastic toner motor shaft breaks but not completely through, allowing the shaft to twist and bind the spring loaded coupler. =^..^=

Also, make sure it is the correct toner. A 6555 cartridge CAN fit in a 6345 but will not work.

Are you talked about toner cartridge or drum cartridge?
I have problems with some new (85%) drum cartridges SCX-R6345A, have same ''toner supply error''
