hello samsung scx 4216 make two black line(like drum's line when it became bad) ,when i make copie from the feeder,but when i put the original copie on the glass ,the copie is clean

Use something stronger than water or dry towel. Use alcohol & towel. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
