    Samsung SCX-6345 multiple copy problem

    Hi guys! I have a strange problem with 2 of my Samsung SCX-6345.
    everything works fine except it will not make multiple copies from the glass. It will make 1 copy and than hangs. It may finish the job some times later when it feels like it. multiple copy is fine from the adf. reflash with the latest .76 version firmware and problem still persisted. has anyone run into this problem? thanks in advance. BTW already did a memory clear, no help.

      Is it low on toner? =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          no. I solved the problem, issue is with the newest firmware, the newest firmware is not complete. back to an earlier firmware and problem disappears. the newest firmware requires 2 more bin files , also available on Samsung FTP portal.ed.

              Hi, you need turn off sorting funcion in machine. I do not know why this is happening but this help on my machine.
