AR-M350 Doc Feeder Reading 8 1/2 x 13

I have a cust with a doc feeder that when I lay a legal original on the doc feeder, it reads 8 1/2 x 13. If I lift the trail edge, I get an original size of 8 1/2 x 11, so I'm assuming the size sensor is working. Ideas? Thanks!

if it changes when u lift up the trail edge then the sensor is working . try sim 53-7 ( this is the sim for the mxm350-450 but i think itll be the same for the arm) and enter the values on the side of the right hinge. mayb the values are just out of whack and causing odd paper sizes??

I tried playing with 53-7 without any luck, but I didn't check the hindge numbers. Thanks.

It's been a while since I've seen this, but IIRC, check your paper range settings in Key Op programs. There's Auto-inch and Auto Inch 2, or something along those lines. Make sure it's set to the first one.

It's not a sensor issue, it's a programming issue.
