This machine is dumping developer towards the rear of the system. About 350K on the system. I've made sure the machine is level and swapped out the entire dv unit with one from a parts machine and still dumping. Any service bulletins, or ideas would help. Thanks

Dev loss on a Dragon is not common at all. Even on 2 different dev units.
There are no bulletins on this topic here, and I've actually never seen it happen.... and I've seen alot of Dragon's!
Did you replace the drum when it was due? A worn drum could be shorting out & pulling dev. That would be the first thing to look at. Take the process unit out and check drum & drum seals.
Is there any excess toner on or around the MC grid unit? That is a sure sign that the drum is worn or seals are damaged. Excess toner around the MC unit or side seals will lead to dev being pulled.
Other than that, make sure the dev side seals are positioned correctly. Fit new ones from a maint kit.
Hmmmm..... you got me on this one! I'd be very curious to hear what the fix is. -
Wazza's advice is good.
There was a time, when the speckles first started appearing from the fuser, that we thought that it was an overtoning issue. As an experiment, I measured up an equal volume of Cougar developer and installed it in a Dragon. Then I loaded 6 Dragon cartridges with Cougar toner.
The copy quality was good, and stayed good through the 6 cartridges, but did not solve the speckling problem (aka: the black rain). When the prepared toner cartridges were used up, we used regular Dragon toner, which continued to look good.
Don't get me wrong. I'm not suggesting that you convert to some other type of developer/toner. I'm saying that the Dragon developing system works flawlessly. The only issue that I've found, is when the vent/ductwork in the base of the developing unit gets clogged up. If that ductwork is not cleaned occasionally, when you do a 25-2 developer stir the readings may be falsely high, 155 to 165, and a EE-EU when stirring. On one occasion I replaced a developing unit for a bad toner sensor (with 2.5M copies).
=^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
